Total fit, is just that. It is a specially designed program geared towards total physical health and fitness, both structurally and internally. It consists of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises, ranging from flexibility and mobility training, to full body lean muscle building and toning; from gymnastic style body movements and plyometrics, to functional strength training and power lifts. We branch these exercises together in a unique way to achieve efficient total physical transformation. Whether your goal be fat burning and weight loss, or improved endurance and muscle toning, Total Fit will get you there.
